Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your order, returns are accepted fourteen (14) days from when the order was placed.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. The original invoice must also be included with the returned item.
If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
If the order is returned past the fourteen (14) day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.
You are responsible for any return postage, shipping insurance, and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable, no exceptions.
All sale items are FINAL SALE & unfortunately, cannot be returned.

MAYTA Collection does not assume responsibility for lost returns and therefore, we suggest you use a shipping service that offers tracking.
Returns can take up to ten (10) business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
Most of our items are one of a kind, this means that items and styles are not always available for exchange.
To exchange your item for a different style or color, please place a new order and you will be charged for the new item when the order is placed. Your return will be processed via the Return Policy stated above once received.
Please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process.
Once your return is received, we will issue you a gift code via email to use as you wish on future orders.
